Internal door latch failed late Friday night causing door to be jammed shut, called BTN Locksmith- he attempted to help me on the phone for a generous amount of time, to avoid charges. I failed to open it, Che then came to my flat after midnight, worked hard on the door and released the failed latch. Absolute legend. Very cool guy, would trust him with any security job. Also amazing with puppies :) thank you Che. Amazing service 🏆

Had a guest staying at one of my air BnB apartments complaining the lock didn’t work , che responded quickly and lined up with helping the guest lock the door so her stuff was save and then the following day once she had left changed the locks for me . He was polite respectful and responded just when I needed him to . You can imagine this job was time sensitive and he worked right along side me helping us and making this a quick and easy fix .
